I guess this is one of those where you need the male genitalia to tell species?

Yes, it is a Medetera female.
But also males are difficult to identify from a photo.

But in August - 95% - truncorum/jacula, doesn't it?

In Sweden about 40 spp. of Medetera are recorded.
So it is difficult to say if it is truncorum or jacula.
