This third one is the smallest, only 2 mm long. It was drowning in a swimming pool. Maybe an Ephydrid...

You've got a keen eye! How deep did it sink before becoming so nice and dry? :)

:D I just waited at one spot, while the water was flowing around because the circulator, and took every interesting-looking flies :) My little cousine helped and asked from every one what it was.

I'd agree with
Hydrellia. I won't suggest a species, though!
