Hi!
Just another unobtrusive, small (4-5 mm), dark fly from the light in our garden (northwest Germany) last week. One of the named families? Or something completely different?

It is Fanniidae.
I can see a projection on tibia 2 (but not clearly enough)
And the fore tibia yellow near apex
Maybe F.scalaris / armata
Just for the study.....so may be wrong, wait for expert!

Many thanks to all! I'm always happy, when one of these "smallies" can be IDed to species level. :D
