Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae - Siphoniini - Siphona sp. from Serra da Estrela

Hi


In this windy day... I spotted a Siphona sp. near Covao Ametade in Serra da Estrela. It was hard to take a good photo due the wind. :(

I know it is nearly impossible to ID Siphona from photos... but if it is there any chance for this one.. I would like to know. But I suspect that it will remain as Siphona sp.

hmm... ok. My mistake. So if it is a male is more easier to ID. :) But I think it is not possible with this one.
