WOW!!! Try to change title to Tachinid from Malysia or something, to attract specialists. At least I think it is a Tachinid. Fly is spectacular, technically a really good pic:)

Looks like a dexiine tachinid but I don't know anyone who could reliably identify it ... nice photo though :)

Yes, a Dexiinae, several species of Dexia itself have this facies. WIth only this one pic and no specimen, we won't get a name, I'm afraid.
