This is really Paul's table, but I hazard a guess:
Rhamphomyia flava.
After all, I am a member of the RT Wild Guesser's Club :D

I can add that this was not of the tiniest ones looking like this, 6-7 mm maybe ?

Visible characters are consistent with
R. (H.) flava.
