My success trying to ID Therevidae in Diptera.info is completely nule. But maybe this spotted-winged species is easier.

About a week ago. Perdiguera, Monegros region, Zaragoza, Spain. About 300 meters over sea. Dry steppe-lands, cutted wheat fields, humid patch of Phragmites with Tamarix.

It don't let me to take more than this photo.

Thanks Jorge, but the spots on wings must be distinctive! There are various species with identical spots on the wings?!?!?!
