This was taken a couple of months ago and then I forgot it, anyone recognise it?

Thanks

Wouldn't the dark legs and the early phenology suggest a Platypalpus agilis-female?

Haven't got the temerity to make a certain statement from a picture, though.

I was thinking Platypalpus too but didn't have the temerity to even suggest a genus! Many thanks.

Mesonotum pollinose except for a median strip: suggests minutus or australominutus.

Now that you say it Paul, the coloration of the mesonotum really points strongly out to minutus (this australominutus is something that I, as a member of the "old-chvālan" (1973) tradition am totally unaware of:).

I'm agree with Paul, P. minutus is most probably, dark-legged form.
