Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Limoniidae (10), Limonia flavipes?

July 03, 2009, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. Female: wing length 11 mm. Very distinct greenish base of abdomen. Pretty common in shady areas, unfortunately only females were caught.

There are more dark bands on the femora so I think it can't be flavipes.

You're right, it's a teneral phragmitidis or stigma.
