I´m not sure if it´s Hemyda vittata, can anyone help?
Picture taken in Jaén (Andalucía), 400-600m, september

Looks more like Besseria.
Was it small (4 mm.) ? or medium (8 mm.)

Hello, thanks for your answer, I checked it and it was about 8mm, but 1293m high, sorry, not 400-600m. As you said Besseria I´ve looked a Tschorsnig´s article of spanish records and there are 3 Besseria species recorded in that zone (mountain, river, snow, the natural park of Cazorla): B. dimidiata, B. reflexa and B. zonaria, them all in june and over 1200m, I hope it helps, thanks anyway : )

WEll, 8 mm. is a bit large for Besseria.
So, it might as well be Hemyda vittata.
Pity the wing venation is out of focus.
