july´08, mountainside in Castelló (Spain). Following the Faune de France book it fits with Holopogon nigripennis because of the remarkable tibia 3.
Seeing this one: http://www.diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=2357 , in case (doubtful) that keys are valid today, the book says for H. nigripennis that wings are "uniformement brunâtres", not "irisées" as the one in the gallery ¿?
