Looks the same as one I posted on 22/06/09 which was
Neuroctena anilis. There may be similar ones, but this LOOKS the same.

If one zooms in on the picture it is even possible to see the bristles on R1; thus Neuroctena, and there is only N. anilis in this genera present in western Europe.
