Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Acalypterate -> Tephritidae ID please

I think this should be instantly recognisable to the experts, but I don't know it, wouldn't begin to guess what family. There were quite a few on stems/flower heads of Burdock Arctium lappa. Sorry I didn't manage a sharper photo in the breeze.
