Hi,
Today I came across this Phaonia. The wing markings reminded me of P. tuguriorum, but the scutellum tip is not brownish. Also the legs do not look brown; however, the light was not ideal. Can we get closer to a species name without too much effort? Otherwise I'd delete the pics.
Many thanks, Sundew

With 3 post dc and such darkened crossveins, we could think about Phaonia fuscata. But it is not.
In my opinion it is a female Helina (maculipennis ?).
