Thread subject: Diptera.info :: black-orange Muscidae (?) => Minettia longipennis (Lauxaniidae)

looks like a Muscidae to me, but then again there seem to be quite some families that look like this. Found in a bushy area of Cologne, Germany, May 31, 2009. size maybe c. 6mm incl. wings ? not sure at all about this.
