June 15, 2009, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. At my balcony around 9 p.m. Size ca. 2.7 mm. Typical flashing wing movements. Subapical bristles on tibiae are present so maybe I'm wrong...

Wing (similar in pattern to
A. bicolor but no yellow colour in legs).

Acartophthalmus, but
Cnemacantha muscaria (Lauxaniidae).
