Thank You Erikas. I was thinking that same species because of the large genitalia but somehow the shape of the lower part of face is differend. I really don't know, just wonder :) I got several of these from a very wet swamp when I was actually Tabanidae hunting.

It looks rather dark, but I tend to agree with Erikas.
Wing venation and genitalia leave no other real option.
