Sepsidae? just a guess, please correct if you can.

Tiny, about 1-2mm? on pond-side vegetation. 13/6/2009; Devon, England.

different individual but looks like same sp. (same place, about 10 min. later)

First picture shows a large ocellar triangle, so more likely Chloropidae.
