Hi,
You might have some exotic species there by the Mediterranean, but here this could be
Pales pavida: strong bristles high above the vibrissae, rather dark and reddish tibiae.

It is a Pales, indeed.
However, there are more species on Sardinia.

yes, Cerreti signale
Pales pavida (Meigen, 1824)
Pales marae (Cerretti, 2005) (endemic for the Sardinia)
Pales pumicata (Meigen, 1824) (not sure)
