Hello,

I don't have much hope for this rather bad photo. But can perhaps the family be recognized?

I found the ~7mm long fly in may in a small wood near Cologne.

Could be a male of Ocydromia glabricula (Hybotidae).

thank you for your answer. I looked up the photos of Ocydromia glabricula in the gallery, and this is exact the way these flies looked.
