Looks like a tachinid (strong bristles & bent median vein) and quite interesting - do you have more photos from different angles?

Yes, it is a Tachinid, though quite atypical.

Very gentle curve in vein M might suggest Muscidae.

The erect apical scutellars suggest some Bithia, I don't think this is Blondeliini.
Need the specimen to say more
