Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Help with ID

I think this is maybe Mythicomyiidae . Can someone verify please? I took this photo in South Africa where I live. I am not an entomologist but have an interest in insects and love to photograph them. This little fly is very small. Probably between 2 and 3mm. It loves feeding on Feliciaflowers. For some or other reason the tongue or proboscis is never retracted and always extended?

It strongly resembles Cephalodromia in the Gallery (and in the logo at the top of the Diptera.info pages).
