It's a muscid fly, a male
Hydrotaea, I think
Hydrotaea similis.

Similis seems not common in denmark (if recorded), could it be Hydrotaea dentipes ?

The hairs under the mid femur don't seem enough long to me for
H. dentipes. But indeed, it is into this group (dentipes, similis, anxia, palaestrica). Hind tibia has too much av to be
H. anxia, and I don't think it's
H. palaestrica for many reasons.
