I think this is Oxyna parietina. Am I right? Is a certain id possible from a photo?

I don't understand the anatomy of this fly. On the second photo, you see its abdomen, with white hairs, and besides the abdomes, at both sides a grey appendage. What are these appendages?

I found this fly in Bilthoven (Holland), in a garden.
