Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Micropezidae - Calobata sp.?

Poor photo I'm afraid, but the best I could get. I guess it's a Calobata sp. based on head shape. Is it possible from this to say which species?

Devon, England. Hedge/rough grass/reed marsh.
