Is this French Guianan fly a micropezid or perhaps a neriid?

The apical arista shows that it's a neriid, according to the Manual of Nearctic Diptera. No idea which genus.

Thanks Keith :) I have a few taxa in the samples so I will keep them until I can either find a key - or find someone who will take them on ;)
