Can anyone put a name to this one, please.

Devon, England a couple of days ago. Old hedge/rough grassland.

You make terrific nice pictures.

Pity we cannot see the apical scutellars for 100 %, but my guess is Phryxe nemea, female

Thanks, Theo, for your comments and your id. I've gone back to the original images to try to bring out some more detail of the scutellar setae but nothing really shows.
