Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sepsis?: with black spot

This weekend at Calamocha, Teruel, NE Spain, in a nettle (Urtica dioica) patch in river forest.

It have a black spot at the tip of the wing.

Could it be identified to species level?

No, this is a Sepsis. The black spot of Seioptera is at the wing apex, its frons is red, and the shape of the abdomen is different.
