This could be close to E. abbreviata I think but clearly another species.

Impossible to say from these images (as I do not have an illustration of the genitalia of
abbreviata). The species is in the subgenus
Coptophlebia and should have abbreviated vein M1 (most anterior veind from discal cell) (occasionally reaching wing margin in one of the wings). That character cannot be seen in the top image.

Thank You, this is a new subgenus for me. The specimen was in bad shape bacause it had fallen to a lake.
This Year I'll try to focus on all other key characters within this family :)
