Hi, this one was found from my malaise yesterday. May 8.2009 Helsinki, Finland.

Parafacialia are hairy and only 3 post DC,


should be Smidtia conspersa

Check humeral birstles: 5, 3 basal in a triangle (as in all Winthemiini)
