I guess this can be only Paroecus signatipes. A male?

Hi gabor,
Paroecus has yellow antena and dark haired arista. It is some sapromyza, may be simplicior or obsoleta, but I dont know from this photo:|.

Thx Katka, I did not realize that Sapromyza also may have these banded eyes.

The colour of eyes is not important for determination.
