The Netherlands, De Weerribben. 1 may 2009.
On the leaf of Nuphar lutea.

The hindtibia has only one posteriodorsal spine, which gives a lot of 'dead ends' in my key for Anthomyiidae. I start to believe it is some Muscid fly...

It is Spilogona, most probably S.surda Ztt.
