I find Exorista lavarum, but this genus contains more species in the South of France than North Eurpoe.

Very nice.

IT is the male of Masicera sphingivora.
It has two pairs of proclinate orbital setae, very unusual for male Tachinidae. You can tell it is a male by the long pulvilli. The vertex is also very broad.
