Hi, today I found this fly (5-6 mm) at the wall of our house. Is it maybe Phryxe nemea?

It looks odd.
The ocellar bristles are proclinate, so it can't be Spallanzania.
Note the very strong costal spine.
I'm thinking either Chaetogena or Brachychaeta.
