Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly from Hong Kong: Dolichopodidae?

Photo was taken today in a butterfly garden of a country park after a rainstorm. Body length less than 5mm.
Should be some kind of Dolichopodidae?

Looks like female (face bulging)
Sympycnus simplicipes Becker – DR Congo,
South Africa, Kenya; Canary Is.; Abkhazia,
Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece incl. Crete, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Italy,
N Kazakhstan, Korea, S Russia (Adygea,
Krasnodar), Spain, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan;
Taiwan.

But can be a sister species.
