My guess is for Rhinophoridae (long petiole on median vein) :)

Very unlikely, as Erikas has already said - yours is probably a sarcophagid

Sarcophagini with a long stalk are very rare...


In my opinion, it is Zeuxia (Tachinidae: Dexiini)
