No, I don't think so. There is no hint of metallic colouring, and the abdominal tessellation is quite strong. I think more likely
Pollenia sp.

I agree with Susan it does not seem to be Bellardia.
The hairing on the thorax is straight, though, so Pollenia is unlikely either in my opinion.
I must say I simply don't recognize this one, it looks like Calliphoridae and then I get lost.

I agree with Susan 2 times :D
Strong and direct sunlight make gonden hairs on Pollenia thorax completely invisible, even more so in case of fresh/this year emerged Pollenia, as this one.
