Got this fly from dead snail, ricefield, Philippines. Could this be rhinophorid Stevenia?

should be Sarcophagidae, in Rhinophoridae calypters are narrow and bent off the scutellum

Yes, my vote would be for Sarcophagidae too - the very concave post-bend median vein and contrasting dark/light colour add weight to the guess. :) The photo is a bit dark though so it is hard to see much detail - with a bit of re-balancing in PhotoShop it looks a bit better ...

and Rhino's are never in snails....
but always in Isopoda.
