I found this fly on a bank of a little stream in Belgium. I think it is a Pelidnoptera leptiformis, but I'm not sure about the species. Can somebody confirm or correct me? Thanks

Not Sciomyzidae, Calyptrate fly.
May be Nanna, Scathophagidae
