Yesterday I found a few of these tiny black flies against tree trunks in a small wooded area adjacent to the river Linge at Leerdam, Netherlands. I think it could be Fannidae, Fannia sp. Is this correct and is it possible to put a species name to it?
Thanks in advance!

I doubt.
My imprission is that 2-nd is Anthomyiidae and 1-st may be Fannia. Any more images?

Hello Nikita, I am quite sure that both photos show the same fly. Unfortunately I do not have any more pictures.

In this case - Anthomyiidae
