Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Muscidae id?

This muscidae (I think) is rather common on the tree trunks in the springsun. I think itīs typical with the greenish thorax with two darker diffuse strokes, and the bluish abdomen. The fly is about 8 - 9 mm.

cf means that Nikita is not totally certain of his species ID, but is close. cf stands for 'confer', in its sense of 'comparable to'.
