It's an Antho, a nice male
Leucophora, in
personnata group (probably
L. unistrita but need Michael knowledge).

Thank you Stephane.
I changed the title.
Based on your idea i looked further,
and perhaps Leucophora obtusa is also a candidate ?
That species has in males a longspined abdomen and has 'several rows of upwardly directed setae at lower margin of gena'.
But i don't find that species in the checklist for the Netherlands!

If Michael still comes across your male, it would be nice to hear also his opinion about my female (
http://www.dipter...post_92670)! It might be another species, though.
