Hello!
A small (3.5-4 mm) fly on a meadow near forest (northwest Germany). Agromyzidae?

Looks like a fly belonging to the Calyptratae to me.

You may be right... And the second picture reminds me of Anthomyiidae. But it was so small, and on location it did not look like a Calyptrate at all.
