No Joke, this is
valida/errans/tuguriorum/scutellata set (the group of
Phaonia with yellow legs, yellow apex of scutellum no prst acr - and 4 post dc !). The strongly infuscated crosveins suggest more likely
P. tuguriorum/scutellata here.
