Hi,
Today I saw many Cecidomyiids ovipositing in female inflorescences of
Betula pendula (Silver Birch). I suppose I found
Semudobia betulae, a birch seed-gall producer. Interestingly, they were accompanied by tiny black wasps that were ovipositing, too. So are the wasps also birch parasites or Cecidomyiid parasites? The latter seems probable to me.
Here are some photos. Confirmation of the gall midges and identification of the wasps would be greatly welcomed.

No Cecidomyiid experts here? I'd like to get experts' opinion before submitting a photo to the gallery...
