Collected at Tochigi, Japan, on April 2nd, 2009.
this specimen having distinct erect setae at midlength of hind tibiae, and 4 to 5 setae on dorsal side of R1 vein.
Is this Phaeomyiidae?

Anyone knows more about the behaviour of this fly? I know that one species of this family is a parasitoid of milipedes... but no much more.
I have found this fly again at the same hour (after 6 pm) in shadowy places, and associated with Poaceae plants. (see the other thread:
http://diptera.in...d_id=12053.)
