Tachinidae - Goniini but I don't recognize it - the face looks too bare for Gonia sp.

I'd go for Sarcophagidae MIltogramminae, possibly Miltogramma aurifrons.
Change the title and wait for Liekele

I think this is Miltogramma germari.
M. aurifrons is very similar but has frons with more golden dust, anyway difficult to tell from picture, might be photographical artifact.
