First fly (female) 10-11 mm this year in Kramfors Sweden still with 60 cm snow.
Perhaps Helina?

That was my question, too, in the
above cited thread. Here the legs are mostly reddish. But Stephane stated that the individuals with darker legs are
P. tuguriorum nevertheless.

Jurgen, I think your specimen did have pale legs, but probably not obvious to see on the photos. This one is not
Ph. tuguriorum at all, crossveins not infuscated, scutellum not yellow appically...
This is probably another
Phaonia, but I can't say more.
