Lucilia or Neomyia ? and why ?

Even without a picture: Neomyia cf. cornicina? :D Why? Because they are frequent here in northwest Germany since January, and Lucilia does occur only later in spring.

IF the parafrontals are green, as in the pic, it is bound to be Neomyia (or Muscidae at least).
