Hello!
Is it possible to identify this fly?
Photographed on 14th march 2009 at a pine forest, near grassland.
Length between 3-4 mm, Germany, Mecklenburg Vorpommern, near Ludwigslust (city)
It would be very happy if there is more possible.
Best regards Basti

I'd say
Tephritis bardanae

From the wing pattern, it is
Tephritis matricariae (Loew, 1944), and certainly not T. bardanae. Also the biotope is better for
matricariae.
